Elite Car Coding provides digital vehicle services, including but not limited to software activations, coding, firmware updates, and map updates, as well as physical products related to vehicle technology.
By purchasing from us, you agree that you are the owner or have authorization to modify the vehicle in question.
2. Digital Services
Our digital services (such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto activations) are delivered remotely and are vehicle-specific.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate vehicle details are provided prior to the service.
Refunds for digital services are only granted if the activation or service cannot be completed or is incompatible with your vehicle. Once a service has been successfully delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.
3. Physical Products
Physical products sold by Elite Car Coding come with a 30-day return policy.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping is free within the first 30 days after delivery.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is compatible with the requested service and for following all provided setup or installation instructions.
Elite Car Coding is not liable for issues arising from incorrect vehicle information, misuse, or third-party modifications.
5. Limitation of Liability
Elite Car Coding shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
All modifications or activations are performed at the customer’s own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and media on our website and social media platforms are the property of Elite Car Coding and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
