Digital Services

For all digital services (including software activations, coding, and updates), refunds are available only if the service cannot be completed or is not compatible with your vehicle. Once a service has been successfully performed, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.

If you experience any issues with your activation or update, please contact us immediately. We will verify the issue and, if applicable, issue a full refund.

Physical Products

For physical products, we offer a 30-day free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
